How to make Turmeric paste:
- 1/4 cup of turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper. Ninja trick: always add black pepper to turmeric! This way you increase the body’s absorption of its healing properties by 2000% !!!
- 1/2 cup of filtered or spring water
Throw all ingredients in a pot and place on medium heat. Stir constantly while heating and do not allow the mixture to boil. You can add natural birch tree sweetener or stevia to sweeten as desired. Those of you who don’t have blood sugar conditions like diabetes or hypoglycemia: You can increase the medicinal value of this drink through adding raw organic honey. Let the mix cool down to a little more than room temperature before you add raw honey. This is to preserve its medicinal properties and precious enzymes.
